Dug out an old record from my collection. Nuclear Assault's "Survive", including the extra liners on the inside,
a record sleeve that doubles as an I.R.S. merchandise catalog, and a Nuclear Assualt merchandise order form from 1988.
This is the album that included a cover of Led Zepplin's "Good Times, Bad Times".
Also, it's supposedly signed by John Connelly, the guitarist/singer.
